2015 X Factor finalist Ché Chesterman has been announced to take part in London's New Year's Day Parade alongside his new band.

The celebrations include a 2.2 mile walk as well as a parade warm up event at Trafalgar Square on December 30, and Chesterman commented 'I can’t wait! The event is watched live around the world by hundreds of millions of people – so it's a great opportunity to be seen and heard by a massive new audience. London is the greatest city on Earth and it will be a privilege to participate in this wonderful tradition'.
